    As a young mother of four children, worked 20+hours as a pastor’s wife for the church, an entrepenuer homemaker, I made little time everyday to have quiet time with the Lord, exercised 5-10 minutes to keep my body in shape, experimented and cooked 1 homemade meal from scratch per week, and for sure, doll myself as I’m going on a date with my husband everyday:-) Take advantage of your youth while you’re young to develop these disciplines while you have maximize youthful energy and everyone’s taste buds are willing to conformed to change for healthful foods. Now 20 years later all of the above have increased. I am on my 15 years of reading my Bible completely in one year, exercise 1 hour & 30 minutes five times a week, and cook 90% of my food from scratch. These disciplines are a part of who and what I am today! If I can do it, you can do it too!!!
